Travel Information

Help with Travel Arrangements
One of the services we supply, at no additional charge, is to help with your travel arrangements. Our knowledgeable and patient staff can assist you in making your travel plans — including booking reservations that are available from the various airlines.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
Because hotel and ground arrangements, and payments need to be made well in advance, we are limited in our refund policy. For this reason, we strongly urge all our participants to purchase travel insurance for losses necessitated by having to cancel their trip. For your convenience, we are providing THIS LINK to Allianz Global Assistance, which many past participants have used. Please use code ACCAM/Agency ID# F026815.

Feel free, however, to use your own insurance agent. (When purchasing insurance please consider the plans carefully to familiarize yourself with what is covered and what is not in the event of cancellation. In this context, do take note that most insurance companies generally will waive exclusion for pre-existing conditions only if your application is received by them within 14 days from the date of your program registration. If you do have a pre-existing medical condition, and are interested in taking trip insurance, you should do so immediately either with Allianz or through your own insurance agent.)
