Because hotel and ground arrangements, and payments need to be confirmed well in advance, we are limited in our refund policy. For this reason,we strongly urge all our participants to purchase travel insurance for losses necessitated by having to cancel their trip because of illness or other family emergencies that could be covered by an insurance policy.  For many years, we have worked with Allianz Travel Insurance, a company many past participants have used.  A policy can be purchased through their website at allianztravelinsurance.com Feel free, however, to use your own insurance agent.  Please review the insurance material carefully to familiarize yourself with what is covered and what is not in the event of cancelation. In this context, do take note that most insurance companies generally will waive exclusion for pre-existing conditions only if your application is received by them 14 days from program registration. If you do have a pre-existing medical condition, and are interested in taking trip insurance, you should do so immediately either with Allianz Travel Insurance (please use ACCAM number F026815) or through your own insurance agent.  In any case, do take out this insurance in the event of an unexpected emergency.

Cancellation: Please note that all cancellations must be received in writing to The New York Center for Jungian Studies.  Cancellations received before March 25, 2024: 50% less non-refundable deposit; to June 21, 2024: 25% less non-refundable deposit. No refunds after this date. Payment in full due June 21, 2024.
